Assistant Nightclub Manager

£21,000 + Bonuses

Full time including weekends.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Manager to join one of the biggest nightclubs in Swindon. As a Assistant Manager, you will be given your own KPIs and development plan.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of management/ supervisory experience within a nightclub/ night venue and have controlled large sales volumes.

Main Responsibilities;

• Daily/ Weekly checks of equipment and stock levels as well as ordering
• Cellar management
• Staff rotas
• Adhering to strict licensing
• Ensuring the venue is always at the highest level of cleanliness
• Mentoring and training new staff members

Nightclub VIP Server/ Waitress

Swindon, Old Town

£11-£12.50ph + Bonuses

We are hiring! Join our friendly team at Tree Nightclub - the best nightclub in Wiltshire! We will be re-opening our doors on 21st June! We provide full training, excellent rates of pay and weekly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for looking after our VIP table customers in their allocated booths.
• Serving pre-ordered drink packages and taking orders from our VIP menu
• Keeping tables clean
• Interacting with customers and ensuring our high level of service is meeting expectations
• Upselling
• Cash/ Card handling

Due to the nature of the venue, the successful candidate must be over 18 and be able to commit to working weekends and bank holidays.
